I was going to say “we can make it anywhere.” But were not going to make anything other than memories.
We’re going to celebrate.
Me. My main man. Together celebrating 10 years of awesome marriage-ness in The Big Apple. Thursday is the big night and we’ll be eating fancy food and taking in a broadway show.
I still haven’t finalized what I’m going to wear.
As I speak, we’re waiting to board the plane and I’m giddy. I love traveling so much, and getting to do it with my BFF is even better. Getting to do it without crayons and sippy cups is a downright treat.
I feel like such a grow up right now. I’ve got my iced coffee and my cute clutch purse. Greg’s reviewing articles for a big paper he has due.
It’s quiet and peaceful here on the T-gate, which is unusual.
I’m sitting still. I haven’t gotten up to do anything for 20 minutes.
I’m not a fan of on-board Internet. Flying is the last place to be totally inaccessible and alone anymore.
It’s sort of the last frontier.
I’m chasing rabbits here. Is it obvious?
The point is, I’m going to be MIA the rest of the week as I soak up quality time with my man and the sights and sounds of one of the greatest cities in the world.
Although I just might do a Five Minute Friday while waiting at the airport to come home.
Who knows? Anything is possible.
I hope your week is filled with joy, love, and oodles of your love language, too.
Peace out.
oh my goodness! I am so excited for you. I have never been to New York. Have a wonderful trip. Happy Anniversary.
Love!
